To process your order on time and without any delay,
please make sure you follow these steps with respect to the recipient's address:
For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible.
For deliveries to hotels,
please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc.).
Sorry, we cannot deliver flowers in vases.
Credit Card Payment
For your convenience, we have provided you with a Currency Converter.
However, only the following currencies are accepted for credit card charges:
EURO, CHF, DEM, GBP, USD.
The daily exchange rate will apply if you are charged in a different currency by your credit card company.
Delivery / Home Delivery
We cannot guarantee deliveries on Sundays and & public holidays.
NO deliveries can be made to campgrounds,
military bases, boats, sea ports or airports.
