How to order flowers?

Ordering at the Florist.it - NIAF.ORG shopping centre is easy.

Just follow these five simple steps:

1) Choose your flower gift from the selection of bouquets.
2) Choose the price category and the delivery date.
3) Enter the address of the order recipient and don't forget your message.
4) Enter your personal information.
5) You will receive an order confirmation by clicking "pay on line ".
6) We will retransmit your order to the nearest independent Italianflora florist, which is also your contract partner.

We remain at your complete disposal for any additional questions you might have concerning your flower order or any other information you require.

Important Information:
To process your order on time and without any delay, please make sure you follow these steps with respect to the recipient's address:
For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible.
For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc.).
Sorry, we cannot deliver flowers in vases.

Credit Card Payment
For your convenience, we have provided you with a Currency Converter. However, only the following currencies are accepted for credit card charges: EURO, CHF, DEM, GBP, USD The daily exchange rate will apply if you are charged in a different currency by your credit card company.

Delivery / Home Delivery
We cannot guarantee deliveries on Sundays and & public holidays. NO deliveries can be made to campgrounds, military bases, boats, sea ports or airports.

Order Confirmation
For every order placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours including your order number and detailed information of the purchased product. Purchase price, delivery date and the addresses of the sender and recipient will be part of our confirmation.
